Break Through - Baby Shark Story

The baby shark fish is wild, swims fast and attacks the shores. One person decided to check whether the baby shark can be controlled. He put a strong glass wall and tied up some meat on the opposite side of the shark. Seeing the meat, the shark swims fast to reach the meat. But it dashes with the glass wall and does not reach the meat. 

It again goes back, makes same effort but in vain. The next day more effort but again in vain. 

This continues for around 21 days and the baby shark does not know what to do.On the 22nd day, the person removes the glass wall and observes the baby shark fish. The baby shark fish comes till the point where glass wall was built and returns back. Now there is no glass wall but baby shark fish does not realize !!!

Don't act like a Baby Shark. Size up and break through the confining glass walls in your mind.

Many of us, after experiencing setbacks and failures, emotionally give up and stop trying. Like the shark in the story, we believe that because we were unsuccessful in the past, we will always be unsuccessful. In other words, we continue to see a barrier in our heads, even when no ‘real’ barrier exists between where we are and where we want to go.

9 अगस्त 1942 को भारत छोड़ो आंदोलन की घोषणा के बाद से ही पूरे देश में आजादी की ज्वाला धधक रही थी। लखीसराय भी उस माहौल में गरम था। राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी के आह्वान पर स्थानीय क्रांतिकारियों ने करो या मरो का नारा देते हुए अंग्रेजों भारत छोड़ो की जयघोष की और अंग्रेजों को खदेड़कर पहली बार बड़हिया रेलवे स्टेशन एवं हाई इंगलिश स्कूल पर तिरंगा फहराया। आजादी के गदर में अंग्रेजों भारत छोड़ो मिशन के तहत क्रांतिकारियों का जत्था 13 अगस्त 1942 को जब लखीसराय स्टेशन पर पहुंचा तो अंग्रेजों ने जुलूस पर अंधाधुंध गोलियां बरसानी प्रारंभ कर दी। जिसमें जिले के आठ वीर क्रांतिकारी सपूत शहीद हो गये। जिसमें बड़हिया प्रखंड के सदायबीघा गांव के बैजनाथ सिंह, बड़हिया इंगलिश के जुलमी महतो एवं बनारसी सिंह, बड़हिया निवासी महादेव सिंह एवं परशुराम सिंह, महसोड़ा के दारो सिंह, सावनडीह के झरी सिंह एवं सलौनाचक के गुज्जु सिंह की शहादत आज भी इतिहास के पन्नों में अंकित है। उन वीर सपूतों की याद में जिला मुख्यालय स्थित शहीद द्वार के पास शहीद स्मारक के नाम से लगा शिलापट्ट आज भी शासन व प्रशासन का मुंह चिढ़ा रहा है। स्थानीय राजनीति व प्रशासन की उदासीनता के कारण उक्त शहीद स्थल पर पेशाब खाने हैं व चाय नास्ते की दुकान सजती है। सामाजिक संगठनों व क्षेत्रीय जनप्रतिनिधियों ने भी उक्त शहीद स्मारक भवन निर्माण के प्रति कभी पहल नहीं की। स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन के गवाह रहे जिंदगी के अंतिम पड़ाव में संघर्ष कर रहे स्वतंत्रता सेनानी रामदेव सिंह उर्फ हुकुम बाबा बड़े ही दुखी मन से कहते हैं कि हमारे साथियों ने अपने खून से देश को आजादी दिलाई लेकिन आज समाज व शासन प्रशासन का नैतिक पतन हो चुका है। वे कहते हैं पहले की गुलामी आज की आजादी से कहीं बेहतर थी।

My highs and lows in 2009

Today is the last day of year...2009.After some hours we are going to enter into a new day of course with the beginning of new year 2010.

This year in 2009,I have seen many high and lows of my life.

Currently at this time I am unable to take any type of decision what to write or what not to write? In 2009, I had gained lots of experience from the world.(World included my personal experience,professional experience,social experience)

From Personal Experience:- After completion of my 2 month Summer Internship in Anandrathi Financial Services Ltd, I gained how to learn from the others and got the ability to understand psychological behavior of people.

From Professional Experience:- In the last week of August, I received a call from Maersk Global Service Center India Pvt Ltd, Pune, on the designation of Finance Trainee.....a good enough post to start up my career. Here I am able to use all the management skills upto my fullest. Here I started to acquire knowledge from my colleagues & I heartly think that this will continue in the forthcoming year 2010. Have started expecting more responsibility than now.

From Social Experience:- Cant say anything much about my social experience...almost it was adventurous.

Here I would like to state a saying which I have started utilizing in my life.....

MAHABLESHWAR

Last sun day(31-05-2009) i had visited MAHABLESHWAR with My some of friend.Hole day we enjoyed.Mahableshwar is very natural and Beautiful place.Mahableshwar is Around 135 KM from Pune by Road.Early morning 5 o clock we left Pune.After completing one fourth journey we stop at a DHABA where we had Breakfast and Tea. Around 2 hours journey we reached Panchgani. Panchgani is also a Hill station.We stayed sometime in Mapro garden. In panchgani we had Strawberry and Yellow carrot.Strawberry is very famous in Panchgani.We enjoyed sometimein Panchgani.then we move towards Mahableshwar.We visited Elefisten point,Monkey pont,Sucide point, Mahableshwar Temple,Panchganga Temple..etc.Mahableshwar Temple is one of the "Jyortilling" Very famous Lord Shanker Temple. Panch ganga is Also famous..people said at the same place where 5 River is comeing togather. After that we decided to visit Pratapgad fort.In PratapGad Fort Shivaji Maharaj were living there. Its is also a very beautiful Fort.

Last day of 2008

Today 31 st Dec is the last day of 2008. I want to share my experience of last day of the 2008. Last night 30th december I am busy for my last presentation of 2008 and 1st presentation of 4th semester of my PGDM course.Topic of my presentation is ECB & FCCB (External commercial borrowing & Foreign currency convertible bond) of merchant banking subject. Early morning(5:30) i wake up and practice 3-4 times of my presentation topic.
My presentation timing is from 9:00. I reach college 5 minute late,when i went to my class room the class room was lock, "i was surprise and confused today is my presentation or not".

Any way after sometime some of the my classmet also came for the attending the lecture. Around 9:30 am my presentation had started .This presentation is my last presentation of the 2008 so ,i have decided this presentation should be memorable.That was the group presentation.In that presentation my part was FCCB(Foreign Currency Convertable Bond).I would like to thanks my group member Parikshit Gupta and Shaurav Dwivedi and special thanks to listener those who come for the lecture. Our group received a very good comment from the faculty member.

After completing the presentation and lecture of Merchant Banking Classes,we all friends decided to go the "OCTORI NAKA".(A place where tax will be collected by the Municiple corporation) Octori naka is infront of MY institute. Where we used to go regular for tea and snacks. After taking tea and snacks i have decided to go to the hostel for sleeping, coz last night i haven't sleep. I reached hostel around 2:00 PM,after refreshing ourself i go to the bed. After half n hour i received a call from a company (I dont want to disclose the company name),a girl called her age is around 20-22,she just start speaking.Her voice is so sweet,i can't explain. In last i immediatly told her "can you give me your Number?" for the moment she stuck for a few second aftre that she gives me her personal number..............After that whats happen I also dont know????

Around 3:30 i got a call from college,there is a emergency meeting of all FINANCE specialisation student.witing 15 minute i was in the college.

In evening my friends come to my hostel room and asking about the NEW YEAR PARTY. After a long discussion we had decided somthing to do in the eve of coming new year 2009. Hole night we enjoyed........................................,,,,,,,,,,, around 4o'clock morning of 1st january 2009,we decided to take a cup of tea........we don't have any other place rather than Octori naka. The night was very cold around the temperature was 8 degree. When i reached octori naka i saw "BONE FIRE" In colder day/night the people used fire wood or any material for the prevention of coldness. I sudden remember my older days when i was in class 8th -9th .i was the volunteer of scout and guide that time we have 8 -10 days camp in the village. That time the volunteer take a part of this programe and present any drama,mokery, singing song competition,and many other activity. we sear arund the fire..... any way.......

I think this was last party of my college life........ after that i am entering my corporate life.......but last night i enjoyed........
